The Programme of Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience

Thursday 12 march

  • A mountain adventure to meet the Michelin starred chefs in a relaxed and rustic environment. Guests are taken up by cable car and snowmobile to Giacomo Calosi’s Rifugio Maison Vieille for a rustic meal and party until 2am, where the UK chefs can relax and meet attending guests.

Friday 13 march

  • Tom Kerridge & Claude Bosi tasting dinner on the mountain. Accessible only by cable car and snowmobile. Tom & Claude will prepare some of their signature dishes in the rustic environment of a wood and stone chalet, La Chaumière.

Saturday 14 march

  • Dinner Saturday 14 March

    The gourmet tasting evening at the Grand Hotel Royal & Golf, showcasing Tom Kerridge’s & Claude Bosi’s more elaborate UK signature dishes with a twist of the mountains and their unique approaches, with canapés by local Michelin starred chef Paolo Griffa, 2 starters and 2 main courses by the UK chefs and one dessert by Paolo.

  • Cooking demo Saturday 14 March

    10:00 Tom Kerridge, Claude Bosi & Paolo Griffa at the Petit Royal kitchens: witness the alchemy and skills of 2 great chefs.

  • Local ingredients canapés Saturday 14 March

    18:00 Local ingredients canapé tasting produced by the Michelin starred chefs, outside the Grand Hotel Royal & Golf with an Apérol Spritz

  • Q&A session Saturday 14 March

    17:00 An interview of the 3 chefs with a Q&A public session outside the Grand Hotel Royal & Golf. Free to attend.

FOOD FESTIVAL

From the 13 to 15 March the village and mountain bars and restaurants will be serving their signature gourmet offering in honour of the Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience.
