The recently built property is located in a quiet, traffic-free area, just 200 meters from the central Via Roma and right opposite the Courmayeur cable car station. During the winter season, the cable car allows you to reach the picturesque Chécrouit ski area in just 5 minutes.

The building retains the authentic charm of traditional mountain houses: it was constructed with local stone and clad with reclaimed wood from old family chalets, carefully brushed and treated to become a distinctive, warm, and valuable feature. The floors are made of genuine Mont Blanc granite, and the roof is built with selected timber from the local forests, reflecting a deep connection to the territory.

Guests can use a convenient underground garage, leaving their car parked for the entire duration of their stay thanks to the property’s strategic location, ideal for both summer and winter holidays.

Meijon Salluard houses seven apartments of various sizes, designed to meet the needs of couples seeking an intimate atmosphere or families with children. Each accommodation is equipped with all the comforts necessary for a relaxing and independent stay.

On the ground floor, there is a cozy bar, perfect for starting the day with breakfast before heading up the mountain or for enjoying an aperitif after returning from the slopes.

On the top floor, there is an elegant panoramic spa with a sauna, designed to offer guests moments of pure relaxation after a day spent skiing or immersed in alpine nature.
