Petite Saison – The Invisible. The Loneliness of the Righteous

Written and directed by Enzo Rapisarda in memory of the victims of the mafia.

The play directly and uncompromisingly addresses the extremely dangerous symbiosis between mafia, economy, and power—a criminal reality that has extended its roots throughout the entire Italian territory, far beyond the borders of Southern Italy.

Through a sequence of monologues on stage, this production seeks to bring back to life the voices of Antonio Montinaro, Angelo Corbo, Saveria (mother of Roberto Antiochia), and Emanuela Loi, the first female police officer to fall victim to the mafia in the terrible Via D’Amelio bombing on July 19, 1992, at just 24 years old.

The aim is to convey to the audience the values that defined the lives of these heroes.
