By car, by train, by bus, by plane: choose the best solution to admire a true Mother Nature’s spectacle

By car

From Italy, the main roads are the Strada Statale 26 della Valle d’Aosta and the A5 Torino-Aosta-Courmayeur. For those coming from France, Switzerland and Northern Europe, the connection to Courmayeur is the Mont Blanc Tunnel, or the Gran San Bernardo Tunnel.

Car parks in Courmayeur:

– Parking Piazzale Monte Bianco P1: the first hour of free parking – hourly rate from 1,50 € to 3,00 € – max € 15,00 for 24 hours
– Parking Viale Monte Bianco P2: first 30 min free parking – hourly rate from 1,00 € to 2,00 € – max 20,00 € for 24 hours
– Parking Tzan de Blà P3: strada Tzan de Blà, Loc. Dolonne – hourly rate: 1,00 € – max 8,00 € for 24 hours
– Blue zones stop Tzan de Blà: hourly rate from 1,00 €

By bus

Courmayeur has a public bus service within the resort with connections to and from Aosta, Valle del Monte Bianco and major cities in northern Italy. The service also connects Courmayeur to Chamonix, on the other side of Mont Blanc.

By plane

Turin Caselle National Airport is about 150 km from Courmayeur.
Alternatively you can choose the international airports of Milan Malpensa (212 km), Milan Linate (235 km) and Geneva (115 km).

By train

The railway line that serves the locality is the Chivasso – Aosta.
