Gourmet Ski Experience 2025

From March 27th to 30th, 2025, Courmayeur will offer an extraordinary sensory experience on the slopes of the ski resort with a new format. Guests will be able to enjoy a Michelin-starred dinner, along with other events in the town, thanks to the presence of multi-Michelin-starred chefs such as Jean-Philippe Blondet, Chef Patron of Alain Ducasse at the Dorchester, London, 3 Michelin stars, and Emily Roux, daughter of Michel Roux Jr and granddaughter of Michel Roux, Caractère Notting Hill.

Thursday, March 27: Michelin-starred Aperitif | 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Friday, March 28: Signature Mountain Michelin-Starred Dinner | 7:00 PM – 1:30 AM
Shatush Mont Blanc
3* Michelin dinner curated by Chef Jean-Philippe Blondet and Chef Emily Roux. Tasting menu of 6 courses with wine pairing included. Followed by a party and DJ set.

Saturday, March 29: Jean-Philippe Blondet and Emily Roux At Home in the Mountains
Plan Chécrouit – La Chaumière
| 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM Barbecue aperitif hosted by chefs Jean-Philippe Blondet and Emily Roux.
| 8:00 PM Michelin-starred dinner. 7-course tasting menu prepared by chefs Jean-Philippe Blondet and Emily Roux. Wine pairing included. Followed by a party and DJ set.

Sunday, March 30: Michelin-Starred Show-Cooking | 11:00 AM
Jardin de l’Ange
The public will be able to taste canapés prepared by chefs Jean-Philippe Blondet and Emily Roux and admire their skill in preparing the dishes. Accompanied by a glass of Cave Mont Blanc wine.
