On Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 June, the 37th edition of the Coupe des Alpes will be captivated by the towering grandeur of Mont Blanc.
After a journey that began in Évian-les-Bains and continued through Megève and Serre-Chevalier, the vintage engines of the most iconic classic cars will arrive in Courmayeur, the very place where the experience comes to a head and becomes a lasting memory.
The drivers’ arrival will be a true celebration: the Jardin de l’Ange will host the official welcome for the rally’s lead car, marking the start of the closing ceremony, which will include the gift of a local speciality to all participants.
Afterwards, the journey will move to the big screen with a screening of John Armstrong’s film Coupe des Alpes – The story of the 1958 Alpine Rally (1959), a precious cinematic tribute to the legend of this race.
Sunday morning will be dedicated to the classic car exhibition at the car park in Via delle Forges, offering enthusiasts and visitors the opportunity to admire these historic models up close before they set off.
