Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience, food event, will bring on the slopes all the taste of Courmayeur, where Italian cuisine touches the peaks of taste.

The event dedicated to food and wine and cuisine will develop from the experience of the Mountain Gourmet Ski Experience, an annual event created by Heston Blumenthal and Momentum Ski, which over the years has involved chefs such as Tom Kerridge, Clare Smyth MBE, Claude Bosi, Jason Atherton, Marcus Wareing and Sat Bains.

The stars

This year the stars of the Gourmet Ski Experience will be Jean-Philippe Blondet, from the Alain Ducasse restaurant at The Dorchester, 3 MICHELIN Stars 2024; Claude Bosi, of the Claude Bosi at Bibendum restaurant, 2 MICHELIN Stars 2024, who returns to Courmayeur after an absence in which he developed his portfolio in Great Britain. Two different types of experiences created by two of London Michelin’s main international starred chefs.

Modular Approach

Guests can choose to participate in one or two events and activities.
From 22 to 24 March there is a selection of rooms at different hotels at affordable rates. Please contact us for more details.
For the past eight years we have hosted couples, groups of friends, singles and families. And the best part is that you don’t even have to ski!
During the day guests can enjoy the Courmayeur ski area with ski instructors/guides to book on request, dog sleds, a walk on the Mont Blanc glacier and a ride on the revolutionary Skyway cable car, or simply enjoy the mountain restaurants of Courmayeur (there are more of these than ski slopes!) and the historic village of Courmayeur.

Friday 22 March
Signature Mountain Michelin-starred dinner at Les Dames Anglaises, located on top of the main cable car with 6-course tasting created by Michelin-starred international chefs and their teams, in collaboration with the host headquarters
Wine pairings available with supplement.
Hours: 18:45-01:00
Access by cable car and a short walk to the venue
€230 per person

Saturday 23 March
Michelin-starred barbecue and après ski party at the iconic Rifugio Maison Vieille, located on top of the Maison Vieille chairlift with incredible views of Mont Blanc. The outdoor barbecue will be prepared by the international Michelin-starred chefs and their team, in collaboration with the host venue.
